老年糖尿病病人行微创冠状动脉旁路移植术的护理

Nursing on Elderly Diabetic Patients Underwent Surgery of Minimally Invasive Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

目的:探讨老年糖尿病病人行微创冠状动脉旁路移植术的术前术后护理。方法:对33例患者进行糖尿病用药指导,及通过健康教育使患者和家属了解并掌握相关的糖尿病及冠心病知识,监测血糖以及必要时应用胰岛素的护理,术后严格控制血糖值,加强术后康复锻炼及积极预防相关糖尿病并发症。结果:34例病人术后伤口不愈者4例,伤口感染者2例,其余均未发生明显术后并发症。结论:术前控制到理想的血糖值,术后恰当的使用降血糖类药物如胰岛素控制血糖,及早进行术后康复训练是降低术后并发症及感染,提高手术质量,平稳渡过恢复期的关键。

Objective：To investigate the nursing on elderly diabetic patients who underwent minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting, before and after the surgery.Methods：33 patients with diabetic disease were given to guidance of medication,health education knowledge related to diabetes,coronary heart disease and glucose monitor were also given to the patients and their relatives.Postoperative strict control of blood glueose levels, rehabilitation exercises and prevention of complications related to diabetes were also given to the patients Results： Among the 34 patients,4 patients had difficulty in wound healing,and 2 patients had wound infection after operation.No evident complications occurred.Conclusion： Using insulin to control glucose preoperative and postoperative,accompanying with rehabilitation could reduce postoperative complications and infections.enhance operation quality,and help the patients pass the recovery time.
