Study on the Germicidal Efficacy and the Deposit of NY-300S Bed Unit Ozone Sterilizer on Positional Mat with Operation

目的:通过对手术体位垫细菌总数的监测对比常规84消毒液擦拭、1:200的84消毒液+紫外线灯照射联合及NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒器对体位垫消毒效果以确定NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒器的临床实用价值;并探讨一次性手术体位垫套密闭存放时间。方法:随机选择手术使用后的体位垫,共60例,分为3组:常规84消毒液擦拭组、1:200的84消毒液+紫外线灯照射联合消毒组及NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒器消毒组;每组各20例。均消毒60min。结果:NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒器消毒组消毒效果明显好于常规84消毒液擦拭组与84消毒液+紫外线灯照射联合消毒组(P<0.01);使用密封袋保存消毒后的体位垫细菌数明显少于不做密封存放的体位垫。结论:NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒器应用于手术体位垫的消毒及存放与传统的消毒方法相比,具有高效、节能、安全、简便的优点,值得推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the sterilize effect on positional mat with operation by following methods：84 disinfecting solution, 84 disinfecting solution（1：200）puls ultraviolet radiation.NY-300S bed unit ozone sterilizer.To evaluate the Clinical value of NY-300S bed unit ozone sterilizer and explore the deposit time of disposable Positional mat with operation.Methods：The 60 positional mat after operation was divided into three groups by random selection： 84 disinfecting solution group,84 disinfecting solution（ 1：200）puls ultraviolet radiation group,NY-300S bed unit ozone Sterilizer group.All was sterilized for 60 minutes.Results：The results showed that the sterilize effect on NY- 300S bed unit ozone sterilizer group was better than 84 disinfecting solution group and 84 disinfecting solution（1：200）puls ultraviolet radiation group（P〈0.01）.The bacterial content of positional mat after closed-bag deposit sterilization was significantly less than unclosed-bag deposit. Conclusion：Compared with the traditional methods,NY-300S bed unit ozone sterilizer was high efficacy,energy saving, safe and the simple and easy to use, was worth to extended in clinic.
