HPLC测定黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片中野黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Content of Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi Dispersible Tablets by HPLC

目的:为了更有效的控制黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片的质量。方法:依据2005版《中国药典》二部附录,高效液相的相关内容,利用HPLC测定黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片中野黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱:Discovery C18(4.6×250mm),流动相:用甲醇与甲酸水为流动相;前30分钟以甲醇浓度由40%～70%的梯度洗脱方式洗脱,后10分钟甲醇浓度保持70%不变;流速:0.80ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:335nm。结果:以野黄芩苷为对照品计算含量,每片黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片中野黄芩苷的含量均大于4mg。结论:本文建立的检测方法简便,准确可靠,能有效的控制黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片的质量。

Objective：In order to controll the quality of Total Flavonoids fromStems and Leaves of Scutellaria dispersible tablets effeetively.Methods：Tccording to contents of HPLC of 《chinese pharmacopoia》 cesond part appendix .Use HPLC to test Determination of content of Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves of ScutellariaBaicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets.Column： Discovery C18（4.6× 250mm）;mobile phase： Methanol and Formicacid water;The first 30minutes use Methanol density from 40%-70% step wash, The later 10minutes use Methanol density keep 70%;Rate of flow： 0.80ml/min;Column Temperture： 25℃;The detection wavelength：335nm.Results： Use scutellarin into contrast objective to calculate Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves of ScutellariaBaicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets,Every tablet more than 4mg.Conelusinn：The method is simple ,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality of Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves ofScutellaria Baicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets.
