摘要
目的:为了更有效的控制黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片的质量。方法:依据2005版《中国药典》二部附录,高效液相的相关内容,利用HPLC测定黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片中野黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱:Discovery C18(4.6×250mm),流动相:用甲醇与甲酸水为流动相;前30分钟以甲醇浓度由40%~70%的梯度洗脱方式洗脱,后10分钟甲醇浓度保持70%不变;流速:0.80ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:335nm。结果:以野黄芩苷为对照品计算含量,每片黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片中野黄芩苷的含量均大于4mg。结论:本文建立的检测方法简便,准确可靠,能有效的控制黄芩茎叶总黄酮分散片的质量。
Objective:In order to controll the quality of Total Flavonoids fromStems and Leaves of Scutellaria dispersible tablets effeetively.Methods:Tccording to contents of HPLC of 《chinese pharmacopoia》 cesond part appendix .Use HPLC to test Determination of content of Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves of ScutellariaBaicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets.Column: Discovery C18(4.6× 250mm);mobile phase: Methanol and Formicacid water;The first 30minutes use Methanol density from 40%-70% step wash, The later 10minutes use Methanol density keep 70%;Rate of flow: 0.80ml/min;Column Temperture: 25℃;The detection wavelength:335nm.Results: Use scutellarin into contrast objective to calculate Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves of ScutellariaBaicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets,Every tablet more than 4mg.Conelusinn:The method is simple ,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality of Total Flavonoids from Stems and Leaves ofScutellaria Baicalensis Georgi dispersible tablets.
