摘要
滚子链耐磨性能是链条产品一项重要的质量指标。国际标准ISO10823:1996颁布以后,对这一指标如何正确评定引起了链条行业的普遍关注。依据链传动原理,并结合数理统计理论。
Wear resistance is a key index of quality for roller chain. Since the international standard ISO 10823: 1996 《Guide of choice of chain transmission》 was issued, an universal attention was paid to the evaluation of this index in chain industry. How to work out the experimental norm and sampling inspection scheme under this new international standard is discussed in this paper with the principle of chain transmission and statistical theory. The results show that the limiting rate of wear stretch of a whole chain, which makes allowance for chain wheels with different number of teeth to make the chain transmission work smoothly, can be transformed according to the equivalent coefficient. Based on above results, a new test standard of chain can be worked out, which should correspond to the reality of chain industry of China and have a great practical value not only to reduce the investment in technological innovation but also to meet the needs of connection with international standards in a short period. In view of that the rate of wear stretch of a whole chain is subject to the law of canonical distribution, a new sampling method and some formulas of calculation have been put forward for wear life test of chain in this paper according to mathematical statistics.
