摘要
目的:为了更好地了解监测系统的建立情况,评价系统的敏感性,健全完善预防接种异常反应监测系统。方法:使用统一的调查表采用调查对象不记名自填问卷方式。调查的内容包括:调查对象的基本情况、预防预防接种异常反应的相关知识、掌握预防预防接种异常反应相关知识的途径。结果:全市各级预防接种异常反应监测系统工作人员272名。本科19人,占7.0%;大专63人,占23.1%;中专或高中190人,占69.9%。调查结果中"优"42人,"良"49人,"中"71人,"合格"97人,"不合格"13人;分别占15.4%、18.0%、26.1%、35.7%、4.8%。结论:惠州市预防接种异常反应监测系统存在人员配备不足、素质参差不齐、信息化人才不足、学术带头人缺乏、人才流失严重、人才开发困难重重等问题,需加强重视,积极改进。
Objective:To better understand the establishment of adverse events following immunization(AEFl) surveillance system in Huizhou, to evaluate the sensitivity of the system and improved AEFI surveillance system.Methods:Using uniform questionnaire survey using anonymous self-administered questionnaire: The survey include:the basic subject of the investigation,the prevention of abnormal reaction of immunization knowledge,grasp the prevention of abnormal reaction to immunization-related knowledge.Results:Vaccination at all levels are abnormal reaction monitoring system for the staff of 272.Section 19,accounting for 7.0%;College 63,accounting for 23.1%;190secondary school,accounting for 69.9%.The survey results "excellent"42."good" 49,"and" 71 people,"qualified"97 people,"unqualified" 13 people;accounted for 15.4%,18.0%,26.1%,35.7%,4.8%.Conelusion:The AEFI surveillance system in Huizhou inadequate staffing,the quality varies, information,personnel shortage,lack of academic leaders,wastage and severe difficulties in human resource development issues such as the need to strengthen attention to actively improve.
