2型糖尿病首次住院患者特点分析

Analysis of Character of Patients Suffered Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)住院患者性别、年龄及并发症构成比及特点。方法:收集279例首次住我院内分泌科T2DM患者住院病历资料,统计患者性别、年龄、并发症构成。结果:(1)T2DM男性患者构成59.14%,女性40.86%;C组(50～<60岁)在T2DM中占的比例36.20%(101/279);60岁之前男性构成59.39%(98/165),女性构成38.60%(44/114);D组(60～<70岁)女性构成35.96%(41/114),男性20.00%(33/165);70岁以后男女构成比相当。(2)并发症的发生前三位由高到低依次是冠心病(76.67%)、脂代谢紊乱(67.33%)、周围神经病变(59.67%),其中冠心病、脂代谢紊乱、周围神经病变男性多于女性。(3)C组、D组是并发症的高发年龄,脑血管病变高发年龄在E组(70～<80岁)。结论:(1)T2DM住院患者构成男性明显高于女性;60岁之前男性高于女性,D组女性高于男性,70岁以后男女比例相当。男女合计比例最大为C组。(2)并发症的前三位由高到低依次是:冠心病、脂代谢紊乱、周围神经病变,且男性高于女性。(3)C组、D组并发症所占比例最大。(4)脑血管病变以E组构成最大。

Objective： To analyze the sex,age,complication character of patients who suffered Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus（T2DM）.Methods： Factors such as sex,age,complication were evaluated retrospectively from the clinical data obtained from 279 T2DM patients of endoerinic department in our hospital at the time of admission. Results：（1）The ratio of male was 59.14%,female is 40.86%.The ratio of patients over the age 50 was 36.20%. The male less than 60 was about 59.39%,while the female of the same age was 38.60%.The female patients above 60 was 35.96%,while the male of this age range was 20.00%.The ratio between male and female was equal when patients was older than 70. （2）The first three complication were coronary heart disease（76.67%）, lipid metabolic disturbance（67.33%）, peripheral nerves disease（59.67%）with more male than female.3.The high incidence of age in coronary heart disease was over 50,the lipid metabolic disturbance was over 60,and the cerebral vessels disease was over 70. Conelusion：（1） The ratio of male is higher than female.The male was higher than female in the patients lower than 60,while less than female higher than 60,but when older than 70 the ratio between the two group was equal, （2） The first three complication were coronary heart disease,lipid metabolic disturbance,peripheral nerves disease.The ratio in male was higher than female. （3） The hightest incidence age of complication was over 50. （4） The patients over 70 had the highest ratio incerebral vessels disease.
