The Effect of IABP for Patients with Severe Heart Disease

摘要 目的:评价主动脉球囊反搏(IABP)对危重心脏病患者的治疗作用.方法:回顾分析16例危重心脏病患者应用IABP的病例。结果:15例经IABP救治后血流动力学明显改善,平均动脉压上升,心率趋于正常,心脏排血指数提高,抢救成功率达80%结论:IABP是重症心脏病的有效、安全的辅助治疗手段。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of intra-aortic balloon pumping(IABP) in severe heart disease,especially in patient with cardic shock.Methods:16cases of IABP performance in severe heart disease. Results: 15 cases performed IABP, mean arterial pressure rose ,at the same time,heart rate and cardic index were improved, survial rate could reaches to 80%.Conclusion:In view of safely, we conclude that IABP is highly effective for severe heart disease.
