乳腺癌中乙酰肝素酶和微血管密度的表达及意义

摘要 目的:研究乳腺癌组织中乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)的表达和及肿瘤微血管密度(MVD),探讨Hpa在乳腺癌组织中血管生成中的调节作用及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测95例乳腺癌中Hpa的表达及肿瘤MVD,取20例癌旁乳腺组织作对照。结果:64例肝素酶阳性表达组MVD值(65.58±13.38),31例肝素酶阴性表达组MVD值(48.52±10.15),Hpa阳性者MVD值明显较高,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。相关分析显示两者呈显著正相关(r=0.358,P<0.05)。肝素酶的表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关。结论:Hpa在乳腺癌中的表达明显增高;Hpa促进肿瘤间质微血管生成,促进肿瘤的浸润与转移,可作为预测乳腺癌预后的指标。 Objective: To explore the fomation of blood vessels and expression of heparanase in Breast Cancer. Methods:Streptavidin- Peroxidase of immunohistochemistry was used to detect heparanase and microvessel density (MVD) in 95 specimens of Breast Cancer. Results: MVD in hepamnase positive expressions group was much higher than that in hepamnase negative expressions group.Expressions of heparanase positively correlated with tumor size, histological grade,lymph node metastasis,clinica stage of Breast Cancer. Conclusion: The expression of heparanase may promote angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of tumor,may be a valuable marker to evaluate biological behavior of Breast Cancer.
