三叶草支撑钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床应用

Appication Cloverleaf Buttress Plate in the Treatment of the Pilon Fracture

目的:总结三叶草支撑钢板(cloverleaf buttress plate)在Pilon骨折中疗效。方法:对24例Pilon骨折采用三叶草支撑钢板治疗,根据术前、术后X线片及术后踝关节功能恢复情况,评定疗效。结果:24例获得随访,随访时间6月—2年,平均12月,疗效评价参照Bourne的评定标准,优良20例,可3例,差1例。优良率达83.3%。结论:三叶草支撑钢板治疗Pilon骨折具有固定牢靠等优点,是治疗Pilon骨折的有效方法。

Objective： TTo summarize the outcomes of cloverleaf buttress plate in the treatment of the Pilon fractures. Methods：To select 24 cases with the Pilon fractures treated with cloverleaf buttress plate and to evaluate the effect according to X-my photo obtained before surgery and past surgery and according to the function recovery of Ankle joint. Results：24 patients were followed up for 6 monthes to two years, with average 12 monthes.Refering to the estimating means established by Bourne,20 cases were regarded as excellent and good, 3 fair and 1 poor. the excellent and good rate was 83.3%.Conclusion：The cloverleaf buttress plate Had a fixed solid, etc., is an effective method of treatment of Pilon fractures.
