摘要 目的:探讨甲型H1N1流感患者的临床特点并比较奥司他韦与传统中药在抗甲型H1N1流感中的作用。方法:对我院隔离病房收治的29例甲型H1N1流感确诊患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方法不同分为奥司他韦联合中药治疗组与单纯中药治疗组,比较两组的临床特点及治疗效果。结果:(1)两组患者入院时情况无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)两组患者治疗后平均热退时间、病程中出现白细胞数降低及白细胞数回升的时间以及平均住院时间均无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)每日单纯中药治疗平均费用是奥司他韦的1/5。结论:对于无并发症的轻型甲型H1N1流感患者单纯中药治疗有效。 Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with influenza A (H1N1) and compare the role of traditional Chinese medicine with oseltamivir on H1N1 influenza.Methods:A retrospective survey of 29 cases with influenza A (H1N1) was conducted in isolation ward of our hospital. According to the treatment, the patients were divided into two groups, oseltamivir combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and single traditional Chinese medicine group.Clinical characteristics and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results: (1) There was no significant difference between the two groups when the patients were admitted (P〉0.05); (2) After treatment, there was no remarkable alternation on the average time of temperature drop, white blood cell count reduction and recovery time, average hospital stay between the two groups (P〉0.05); (3) The average daily cost of traditional Chinese medicine was 1/5 of oseltamivir. Conclusions:Treatment with Chinese medicine on mild H1N1 influenza is effective.
