血必净治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Xuebijing Injection In Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

目的:观察血必净注射液治疗特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)的临床疗效。方法:将IPF患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,均给于常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加上血必净注射液静滴治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后临床有效率分别为87.5%和65.6%;肺部CT影像、动脉血氧分压和肺功能较前均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液可改善IPF患者的临床症状及肺部CT影像,提高患者的动脉血氧分压以及肺功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods： 64 IPF patients were randomly divided into therapy group（32）and control group（32）,both given regular therapy, therapy group added Xuehijing injection.Results：The efficiencies of mitigating the clinical symptoms in therapy group and control group are 87.5% and 65.6%;the abnormal shadow of CT reduces in both groups after therapies,but better in therapy group;the PaO2 in blood gas analysis and lung function increase in both group,but better in therapy group.Conclusions： Xuebijing injection can improve the clinical symptoms,PaO2 and lung function,decrease the abnormal shadow of lung in IPF patients.
