氨氯地平和地尔硫(艹卓)治疗高血压疗效分析

Evaluation of Efficacy of Amlodipine and Dilfiazem in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:评价氨氯地平和地尔硫(?)治疗高血压合并心脏X-综合征(CSX)的效果。方法:37例轻、中度高血压病合并CSX患者被随机分成2组,A组服用氨氯地平片和B组服用地尔硫(?)片。比较治疗前及治疗8周后对临床症状、心率、坐位血压、活动平板运动试验阳性率的影响。结果:服用8周后A组和B组胸痛发作次数均下降,两组间比较P>0.05。心率分别无明显变化和(8.7±6.2)次/分。坐位血压分别平均下降(25.5±9.8)/(19.7±8.2)mmHg和(21.5±10.1)/(17.7±7.6)mmHg,白昼、夜间平均血压均有明显下降,两组间比较P<0.05。活动平板运动试验阳性率分别为原来的20%和26.7%。A组和B组不良方应发生率分别为10.5%和16.7%。结论:氨氯地平的降压作用强于地尔硫(?),地尔硫(?)减慢心率作用优于氨氯地平,氨氯地平与地尔硫(?)均有较好的缓解胸痛作用。

Objective： To compare efficacy of amlodipine and diltiazem in the treatment of cardiac syndrome X and hypertension. Methods：Thirty-seven patients with mild to moderate hypertension and cardiac syndrome X were randomly allocated to be treated by amlodipine 2.Smg/d（group A,n=19） or diltiazem 90mg/d（group D,n= 18） for 8 weeks.The change of clinical symptoms,heart beats,office blood pressure（OBP）,ambulatory blood pressure（ABP） and the positive rate of treadmill exercise Testing were compared before and 8 weeks after treatment.Resuits：OBP and ABP were lower under both rigimes,the frequency of chestpain episodes were both decreased,the positive rate of treadmill exercise Testing reduced to 20% with amlodipine,26.7% with diltiazem. Side effects were 10.5% in group A and 16.7% in group D,respectively. Conelusions：Amlodipine is more effective and better tolerated in the treatment of cardiac syndrome X and hypertension.
