摘要
目的:了解我院门诊抗高血压药物使用情况,探讨其临床特点及发展趋势,为临床合理使用抗高血压药提出依据。方法:利用自行编辑的处方评价及药物利用研究系统,对我院2008全年门诊开具抗高血压药物的处方进行分析。结果:我院2008年开具抗高血压药物处方的患者仍以老年人为主,但有年轻化的趋势;全年抗高血压药物使用金额占门诊总量的12.38%,其中钙拮抗药的处方量及金额位居首位;开具抗高血压药物处方中盐酸贝那普利片的使用频率最高。结论:我院抗高血压药物种类繁多,且使用量较大,因此,结合患者情况,遵循个体化给药原则,合理选择抗高血压药物与联合用药,提高降压效果,减轻不良反应显得尤为重要。
Objective： To understand the hospital out-patient antihypertensive drug use, and explore the clinical characteristics and development trends, for clinical rational use of anti-hypertensive drugs made pursuant to. Methods：Using self-editing of prescription drug utilization evaluation and research system, for me the whole year 2008 hospital outpatient prescriptions issued by anti-hypertensive drugs were analyzed.Results：The hospital in 2008 issued a prescription of antihypertensive drugs in patients are still mainly the elderly, but younger trend; year the amount of anti-hypertensive drug use accounted for 12.38% of total out-patient clinics,ln which the amount of calcium antagonist and the amount of prescription drugs among the top; issuance of anti-hypertensive drug prescription Benazepril hydrochloride tablets most frequently used. Conelusions：l have a wide range of hospital anti-hypertensive drugs, and higher usage, therefore, combined with patient＇s condition, following the principle of individual drug delivery and rational choice of antihypertensive drugs and combination therapy to improve blood pressure effects, reduce the adverse reactions appear to be particularly important.
