摘要
目的:探讨优生宁Ⅲ号治疗先兆流产的作用机理及其对孕鼠内分泌的影响;方法:采用米非司酮建立的先兆流产动物模型;结果:优生宁Ⅲ号高剂量组与正常妊娠组对比在孕酮、雌二醇、绒毛膜促性腺激素、泌乳素和孕激素受体及孕激素受体mRNA阳性率上,存在显著差异(P<0.01);结论:本方能够提高孕酮等四种激素在机体内的含量,增加孕激素受体及其mRNA阳性率的表达,为正常妊娠的继续提供良好的内环境,从而达到很好的防治先兆流产、维持正常妊娠的作用。
Objective: To investigate the Youshengning NO.3, the mechanism of treatment of threatened abortion and its impact on pregnant rats endocrine effects; Methods:The establishment of threatened abortion with mifepristone animal model; Results:Youshengning NO.3, high-dose group and normal pregnancy Contrasting the two groups in the progesterone, estradiol, human chorionic gonadotropin, prolactin and progesterone receptor and progesterone receptor mRNA-positive rate, the existence of significant differences (P〈0.01). Conclusions:This side can increase progesterone four kinds of hormones in the body such as the levels increase in progesterone receptor and its mRNA expression positive rate for a normal pregnancy to continue to provide a good internal environment ,so as to achieve good control of threatened abortion, the role of the maintenance of normal pregnancy.
