Sustained Chest Tube Drainage Treatment in Patients with Pleural Effusion of Nursing Experience

目的:探讨胸腔置管持续引流治疗胸腔积液病人的护理。方法:对38例确诊为中至大量胸腔积液病人,利用双腔大静脉导管进行胸腔置管持续引流治疗胸腔积液病人进行护理,总结其护理方法。结果:术前准备和术中配合提高了置管成功率,通过术后的护理,未出现导管脱出及并发症。结论:做好置管前的心理护理和置管后的导管及饮食护理,能有效的预防并发症的发生减轻病人痛苦。

Objective： To investigate the chest tube drainage of pleural effusion continued patient care. Methods：38 patients diagnosed with a large number of pleural effusion, the use of dual-chamber venous catheter for continuous chest tube drainage of pleural effusion patient care, summing up its care. Results：Purchase of success, not a catheter emerge and complications.Conclusions：Do a good job in the former home of the psychological care and home of the catheter care and diet, can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications reduce the suffering of patients.
