50例老年腹泻致肛周红肿患者应用赛肤润治疗的临床护理

The Clinical Nursing of Diarrhea-Induced Crissum Swelling with the Application of Saifurun in 50 Elderly Cases

目的:观察赛肤润在治疗老年腹泻致肛周红肿的临床效果。方法:将50例腹泻致肛周红肿患者随机分2组,均以婴儿护肤湿纸巾清洁肛周后,观察组局部喷涂赛肤润,对照组常规护理。结果:观察组的效果明显优于对照组。结论:赛肤润治疗老年腹泻致肛周红肿效果好,疗效更佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of sai fu run curing the crissum flare by old patents diarrhea.Methods：Seperate the 50 patients who is flared on crissum by diarrthea to two groups,All of them was cleaned by wet paper toweles on crissum.Then the patents hi observing group was lubricated by sai fu nm on crissum while the patents in control group are done by routine care.Results：The effect of sai fu run is much better in observed group than the control group.Conclusions：The effect of sai fu run curing the crissum flane by old patients diarrhea is better.
