手术患者压疮的相关因素分析及预防护理措施

Analysis of Relative Factors and the measures of Nursing and Prevention on Pressure Ulcers due to Surgery

目的:分析影响手术患者发生压疮的术中危险因素,探讨术中预防压疮的有效措施。方法:对术中发生压疮的19例病例资料中相关指标进行分析。结果:手术患者手术时间过长、采用气管内全麻、术中采用侧卧位、患者年龄大于55岁和体重过重、大于75 kg是导致压疮发生的主要因素。结论:通过术前对患者全面详细的评估,针对患者的情况制订预防计划,加强术中观察,及时发现压疮的危险因素,做到及时处理防止术后压疮的发生。

Objective： To explore the different viewpoint about the comprehend prophylaxis and the certain treatment of bedsore nursing. Methods： To analysis the related indexs in 19 cases of pressure ulcers. Results： Surgical operation time too long, adoption Anaesthesia way, Surgical operation body, age and the weight be over-weight, is the main factor which cause to pressure ulcers.Conclusions：It reviewed the incidence,etiology and mechanism,risk factors assessment methods,and nursing care of different treatment of bedsore nursing.The detect and dipose pressure ulcers of dangerous factor in time
