摘要
高校教师是高校办学的主体,是实现教育目标的主导力量。如何调动广大教师的积极性,最大限度地发挥潜能,是高校人力资源管理中的重要问题。因此,高校必须建立多样的激励机制,激活整个教师的队伍,为高校发展提供坚实基础。
College and university teachers are the subjects of running higher education and the reading force of realizing the goal. How to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and how to maximize their potentials is the main problem in Human Resource Management in universities, so, colleges and universitys must set up diverse encouragement systems and activate teacher troops in order to lay a solid foundation for the development of colleges and universities.
