颅骨缺损伴亚急性脑积水的外科联合治疗体会

Experience of surgical combination therapy for treating skull defect with subacute hydrocephalus

目的:探讨颅骨缺损伴亚急性脑积水的外科联合治疗措施及效果观察。方法:对我院外科联合治疗颅骨缺损伴亚急性脑积水患者30例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后1周临床症状缓解28例(93.33%),症状缓解不明显2例(6.67%),所有患者头颅CT或MRI复查示分流管脑室端位于脑室内,位置较好,无出血。结论:外科联合治疗颅骨缺损伴脑积水安全,治疗效果明显。

Objective：To study the surgical combination treatment measures and effects of skull defect with subacute hydrocephalus.Methods：To analyze retrospectively the clinical datas of 30 cases of skull defect with subacute hydrocephalus cured by surgery combined treatment from January 2008～2010 January.Results：After 1 week of operation,the clinical symptoms were relieved in 28 patients（93.33%）,no obvious relief in 2 cases（6.67% prior）.Head CT or MRI in all the patients showed the ventricular terminal of shunt tube in the brain ventricles with good location,indoor and without bleeding.Conclusion：Surgical combined treatment for skull defect complicating hydrocephalus is safe with obvious curative effect.
