甲状腺包块手术106例临床分析

Clinical study of thyroidectomy for benign and malignant tumour of thyroid in 106 cases

目的:探讨外科手术在临床治疗甲状腺包块中的作用。方法:对106例甲状腺包块的病人进行了常规手术治疗,其中单侧包块68例,双侧包块38例。结果:106例中甲状腺腺瘤78例,乔本氏病6例,结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤形成8例,甲状腺癌14例。结论:手术切除甲状腺良恶性包块是可行的好方法,应根据病理结果选择手术方式,及时合理的治疗是该病的最佳选择。

Objective：To study a good way to treat thyroid mass with surgical procedure.Methods：106 cases of thyroid mass were treated by surgical procedure.Results：106 cases of thyroid mass consisted of 78 cases of thyroid adenoma,6 cases of Hashimoto disease,8 cases of endemic goiter with adenoma and 14 cases of thyroid carcinoma.Conclusion：Thyroidectomy is a suitable way to treat benign and malignant thyroid mass.The operating way should be chosen according to pathological outcome.
