阴道超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值

Value of transvaginal sonography in diagnosis of ovarian endometrial cyst

目的:探讨阴道超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析47例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的超声表现,所有患者均经手术及病理证实。结果:经病理证实的47例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿中有14例超声诊断不符合,被误诊为单纯囊肿、囊腺瘤、囊性畸胎瘤等,阴道超声诊断符合率约为70%。结论:阴道超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的准确率较高,是一种简便易行的方法。

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography for ovarian endometrial cyst.Methods：47 cases of ovarian endometrial cyst were reviewed based on the sonography and clinical data,and the diagnosis of all cases were confirmed by pathology diagnosis after operation.Results：In 47 cases of ovarian endometrial cyst,14 cases were misdiagnosed as simple cyst,cystoadenoma and cystic teratoma,etc.The accurate rate was about 70% in the diagnosis of ovarian endometrial cyst.Conclusion：Transvaginal ultrasound can significantly increase the accuracy of diagnosis in ovarian endometrial cyst,and it is also a simple and convenient method.
