脉络宁注射液的安全性评价

Safety Evalution on Mailuoning Injection

目的:了解脉络宁注射液不良反应发生的相关因素,探讨其不良反应发生的一般规律及特点,为脉络宁注射液的安全性评价提供依据。方法:对在中国期刊网全文和学位论文数据库(CNKI1994-2009)检索到的有关脉络宁注射剂不良反应报告的文献进行统计分析。结果:脉络宁注射液不良反应以60～69岁发生率最高,主要表现为头痛、头晕、烦躁,多数不良反应发生在用药后5分钟内。结论:应加强脉络宁注射液用药监测,减少其不良反应发生。

Objective： Based on Mailuoning Injection adverse reactions related factors, to explore the general laws and characteristics of its adverse reaction in order to provide the evidence for safety evaluation. Methods： Analyze ad- verse reactions of Mailuoning Injection reported in literatures retrieved from the database of China Journal Net full-text and Dissertation （CNKI 1994 - 2009）. Results： Adverse reactions of Mailuoning Injection occurred mainly in elders aged from 60 to 69, including headache, dizziness, irritability, and the majority of adverse reactions occurred within 5 minutes after drug administration. Conclusions： Monitoring should be strengthened on Mailuoning Injection to reduce its adverse reactions.
