Practice and Experiences of Clinical Pharmacists with Pharmaceutical Information Services for Rational Administration of Drugs

随着药学工作由简单的药品保障供应模式逐步向以患者为中心的主动服务模式转变,药学信息服务工作成为药学服务所有工作的中心和基础。因此,探索临床药师通过药学信息服务参与合理用药的方法,开展药学信息服务实践,分析总结存在的问题,提出改进措施,更好发挥医院药学信息服务作用,有利于促进医院合理用药,提高医院药学发展和药物治疗水平。

As the pharmacy transforms from the simple medicine supply to the patient-orientated service mode, the pharmaceutical information service becomes the core and foundation for all pharmaceutical works. Therefore, the method of clinical pharmacists with pharmaceutical information services for rational administration of drugs is searched, the practices of pharmaceutical information services are put into, the problems existed are analyzed and concluded, and the corrective measures are taken, to play a better role of the hospital＇ s pharmaceutical information services and improve the rational administration of drugs and uplift the hospital pharmacy development and pharmacological treatment level.
