安徽望江棉区棉枯萎病生理型测定

Study on Biotypes of Cotton Wilt in Wangjiang Cotton Regions of Anhui

从望江棉区分得5个菌株（系），经寄主致病性测定，结果表明：菌株WJF03、WJF04属生理型Ⅰ，致病力强，与对照菌株陕F13－1相似；菌株WJF01、WJF02和WJF05属生理型Ⅱ，致病力中度，与另一对照菌株苏宁相似。

The five strains of cotton wilt were isolated from Wangjiang cotton regions of Anhui. The pathogenisity of strains was tested by differential hosts including sea island cotton,upland cotton and Chinese cotton. The result showed that strains WJF03and WJF04 belonged to biotype Ⅰ with strong virulence and WJF01,WJF02 and WJF05 belonged to Ⅱ with middle virulence,and they were similar to strains Shan F13-1 and Suning respectively.
