摘要
探讨了常温下草莓贮藏保鲜的适宜环境条件及贮藏过程中草莓的生理生化变化。结果表明:保持贮藏库内较稳定的空气湿度、温度(RH80%左右T℃为20℃左右),库内消毒和小盒包装,可使草莓贮藏时间延长到3d;草莓表面保鲜液膜处理,可使草莓的贮藏时间延长到6d左右。其中LF1和LF3保鲜液膜处理的草莓,在贮藏第6天时好果率为69.27%、69.94%。保鲜液膜能抑制草莓呼吸强度,提高草莓SOD和ASA含量,延缓果实衰老,延长贮藏时间,增加好果率。
The opitmal environmental factors of strawberry storage in common temperature,and physiological and biochemical change of strawberry during storage were studied. The results indicated that it was an important way to keep constant tempera ture and moisture (RH80%,T℃ 20℃ )in storage room、to sterilize the storage room and to cover the strawberry in the small box,so,the storage time of strawberry can be extented to 3 days. Moreover,with the treatment of the fresh-keeping-membrane,the storage time of strawberry can be increased to 6 days. Among the treatments of the fresh-keeping-membrane, the LF1 and LF3 can keep the sound fruit frequence of strawberry for 69. 27% and 69. 94%after 6 days storuge. The frash-keeping-membrane can in-hibit the respiration and senescence of strawberry,increase SOD activity and ASA content of strawberry,extend the storage time,and raise good frwit rate.
