摘要
作者通过研究湖南省张谷英村当大门、西头岸居住群的建筑规律，而写成的考察研究报告。在这些居住群的聚居建筑中存在有轴线，文章就针对这一点设定了主轴、支轴、次立轴，并考察其主、支、次支轴之间的建筑规律。其中，主轴可以说是最重要的一条轴线。
Rural houses of Zhangguying Village were built in the late of the 19th century and the populationincrased gradually for one hundred years. The style of the living system was completed in time.In this story, there kinds of axes were defined as the main axis, the sub axis and the little axis to analyze this living system There axes have close relations each another,and the main axis is the most important.
