摘要
目的:探索应用快速成型技术定制个体化牵张器的方法。方法:5例实验用犬,获取CT扫描头部影像数据后进行影像三维重建,应用快速成型技术制作犬头骨模型,根据模型进行定制犬下颌骨个体化弧形牵张器。然后将牵张器安放于犬下颌骨。结果:个体化牵张器与模型高度吻合,体外模型模拟牵张过程顺利,手术过程快捷,伤口一期愈合。结论:应用快速成型技术对个体化牵张器的设计、制造有极大的辅助作用,与原有骨骼高度吻合,可有效提高手术速度,提高手术成功率。
Objective:To investigate a method for manufacture customized 3D-director using 3D reconstruction of CT images and rapid prototyping(RP) technique.Methods:5 dogs were involved.First,CT scanning was performed for the maxillofacial image data acquisition.After 3-dimensional reconstruction,prosthesis model was made using RPMachine.Then customized Titanium3D-director was manufactured according to the prosthesis model.Then directors was implantated on the mandibular of dogs.Results:The directors were fit for the prosthesis mode.The imitation process of distraction osteogenesis on the in vitro mode was smooth and the opration was processed smoothly too.Conclusion:RP technique is feasible and effective for manufacture customized 3D-director.It can fulfill the requirement of precision for director,especially for 3D-director.
