摘要
随着医学影像学成像技术的发展,医学影像学逐渐从形态成像向功能成像转变,并广泛应用于临床。磁共振灌注成像(Perfusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging,PWI)作为主要功能成像的一种,能在无创条件下准确的评估器官、组织的血流灌注状态,从而评估组织的功能情况,因此具有广阔的临床应用前景。现就宫颈癌磁共振灌注成像的基本原理、扫描技术以及临床应用等方面进行综述。
With the development of imaging technology,medical imaging techniques have switched from morphological imaging to functional imaging,and the conversion has been applied to clinic.Perfusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging(PWI) as one of the functional imaging,it can estimate the blood perfusion of organs and tissues correctly without injured,so it has a bright future in clinical practice.The principle,scanning technique and clinical application of cervical cancer are reviewed.
