摘要
综述寒冷气象灾害特点,提出卫生防疫保障措施。其特点主要有种类多、范围广、持续时间长、群发性突出、连锁反应显著和灾情重。卫生防疫保障措施包括:(1)制定卫生防疫保障预案;(2)耐寒锻炼加速冷习服;(3)注意天气预报;(4)改善住房与野营条件;(5)保证服装;(6)开展健康教育;(7)增加营养;(8)加强卫生防病工作。
The cold weather disaster features were reviewed and anti-epidemic security measures were proposed.Its characteristic has mainly kind is many,range is broad,sustained time is long,appearance of various disasters at the same time is outstanding,the chain-reaction is remarkable and the disaster situation is heavy.Anti-epidemic security measures includes：（1） works out the hygiene epidemic prevention guarantee in advance case;（2）good physical condtion;（3） pay attention to weather forecasting;（4） housing and camp conditional improvement ;（5） appropriate equipment;（6） health knowledge;（7）good nutrition;（8） fine hygiene guards against the disease job.
