摘要
目的探索柠檬氧气雾化吸入促进麻醉后胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法将研究对象分为A、B两组,A组(n=90)在术后予以柠檬汁氧气雾化吸入,B组(n=90)空白对照组,等待自然排气。观察两组患者的肛门排气时间。结果 A、B两组术后肛门排气时间分别为(16.06±5.52)、(30.15±15.06)h,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柠檬氧气雾化吸入能促进麻醉后胃肠功能恢复,且使用方便、简捷。
Objective To explore the action of atomization of lemon juice and oxygen to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after anesthesia. Methods all subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Group A( n = 90), breathing atomization of lemon juice and oxygen for 6 hours after anesthesia. Group B (n = 90) , breathing oxygen for 6 hours after anesthesia, waiting for natural exhaust. Observed anal exhaust times of patients. Results The difference of anal exhaust times of two groups that were ( 16. 06 ± 5.52 ) and ( 30. 15 ± 15.06) h had statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Atomization of lemon juice and oxygen could promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after anesthesia. The method is easy to use and have not side reaction.
