透明质酸对小型猪脂肪干细胞增殖活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究透明质酸(简称HA)对体外培养的小型猪脂肪干细胞(简称ADSCs)增殖活性的影响。方法将复苏第5代ADSCs分为4组,即对照组和含3个不同浓度的HA(分别为0.01mg/ml、0.1mg/ml、1.0mg/ml)组。观察各组ADSCs增殖情况,测定细胞贴壁时间,并采用MTT法绘制细胞生长曲线。结果对照组细胞贴壁时间约7~8h,0.1mg/mlHA组最早,约4h,0.01mg/mlHA、1.0mg/mlHA组分别为10、11h,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.1mg/mlHA组细胞生长速度最快(P<0.05),1.0mg/mlHA组细胞生长最慢(P<0.01)。结论 0.1mg/mlHA可以提高ADSCs增殖活性。
