摘要 低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是一种核转录因子,存在于多种肿瘤细胞中,通过激活下游的多种靶基因调节氧平衡,使肿瘤耐受缺氧环境,促进肿瘤进展。其在乳腺癌中表达,与乳腺癌的增殖、侵润转移关系密切。 Hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is a nuclear transcription factor found in a variety of tumor cells,it regulates oxygen balance and promotes tumor progression by activating a variety of downstream target genes.Expression of HIF-1 in breast cancer is associated with its proliferation,invasion and metastasis.
