丰田召回事件是该公司成立70多年来遇到的最严重危机,已造成不可估量的损失。究其原因,主要是快速扩张的发展战略导致管理失控,过度削减成本埋下了产品质量隐患以及与供应商捆绑式合作模式存在弊端等。我国的石油企业应该以此为鉴,进行深刻反思:必须将质量至上的理念落到实处,始终坚持积极稳健的经营策略,低成本发展必须科学合理,同时积极主动应对危机。

The recent recalls of Toyota automobiles is the most serious crisis the company has faced since it was established over 70 years ago,and has already caused incalculable losses for the company. A careful investigation of the causes of the crisis show it was predominantly caused by hidden quality problems which arose because of a lack of supervision associated with a rapid expansion strategy,and by excessive cost cutting,as well as malpractice associated with the binding method of cooperation with suppliers. The Chinese petroleum industry should learn from these mistakes and undertake thorough self-assessment. It is imperative that companies fully adopt the concept of 'quality first' ,constantly employing positive and stable operational policies. Cost-cutting must be scientific and rational,and companies must actively respond to crises.
