摘要
采用α+β锻和β锻两种锻造工艺研制了TC25钛合金环形件,对锻件的各项性能指标如拉伸性能、冲击韧性、热稳定性能等进行了测试。此外,还列出了该系列产品的损伤容限特性包括T形缺口冲击韧性KCT,断裂韧性KIC和裂纹扩展速率da/dN。结果表明,β锻的损伤容限特性要优于α+β锻,更适用于制造在500~550℃长时工作的构件。
TC25 titanium alloy ring part was produced by α+β forging and β forging.The performance index of TC25 titanium alloy forging was tested,such as mechanical property,impat toughness,thermostability.Furthermore,the production's damage tolerant properties,including notch impact strength KCT,fracture toughness KIC and crack propagation rate da/dN,were introduced.The results show that the damage tolerant properties of β forging is better than α+β forging,and β forging is more suitable to be used to make the components working in 500~500 ℃ for long term.
