摘要
对自主研发的直流电磁泵的静压头△P、流量Q与电极电流I的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在磁感应强度一定的情况下,静压头与电极电流成线性关系;而流量与电极电流成二次函数关系。结合车用发动机增压器叶轮复杂铝铸件结构特点,确定了电磁泵充型低压铸造生产工艺。对铝铸件性能检测表明,采用该技术生产的复杂铝铸件综合力学性能良好。
The relationship between static pressure △P,current capacity Q and electrode current I in self-made direct current electromagnetic pump was researched.The results show that,in a certain condition of magnetic induction intensity,△P and I presents linear relation;Q and I presents quadratic function relation.Considering the structure characteristic of turbo-charge blade wheel of complex aluminum alloy in vehicle engine,the production process for electromagnetic pump low-pressure coasting is determined.The complex aluminum castings produced by this technique have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
