YZM cylindrical surface bearing is a new kind of railway bridge cast steel bearing.LFC process has many advantages in producing railway bridge cast steel bearing.The process of burnning out EPS pattern in LFC was introduced.Also the influence of such factors as pattern quality,coating,vacuum negative pressure on quality of lost foam cast steel was studied.The method of eliminating carbon can solve availably carburizing defect of steel casting was proved by practical production.
