焊接线能量对T91钢焊缝组织及硬度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用不同的焊接线能量对T91钢进行焊接,并对回火后的焊接接头分别采用三氯化铁盐酸水溶液和硝酸酒精溶液浸蚀,微观组织观察表明,不同焊接线能量下经三氯化铁盐酸水溶液浸蚀后焊接接头均为板条马氏体组织,而经硝酸酒精浸蚀后焊接接头均为索氏体组织,晶界清晰,大线能量焊接会引起焊缝及热影响区晶粒边界碳化物聚集。硬度测试结果表明,大线能量焊接热处理后焊接接头的硬度高于小线能量焊接的焊接接头硬度。 T91 steel was welded with different welding heat input and the microstructure of tempered welded joint with etching reagent FeCl3+HCl+H2O and HNO3+CH3CH2O was studied.The results show that the welded joint is martensitic with etching reagent FeCl3+H2O and different welding heat input,but the welded joint is sorbitic with etching reagent HNO3+CH3CH2O and the grain boundary is distinctly,high welding heat input can make carbide aggregate in the grain boundary of weld metal and HAZ.The hardness test show that the weld hardness with high welding heat input is higher than that with low welding heat input.
