不同部位起搏的即刻体液因子变化 被引量:1

摘要 安置永久起搏器的患者经常表现为单一的传导系统障碍而无其他心脏疾患,但部分患者会出现心功能不全或心律失常。既往的观察多局限在单心室(VVI)起搏和双腔顺序(DDD)起搏(均为右室心尖起搏)2种方式的比较,本研究通过测定不同心室起搏部位体液因子含量的变化,分析起搏部位对心脏功能的影响。
