锁定钢板在股骨转子间骨折中的应用

摘要 股骨转子间骨折是常见于高龄人群的髋部损伤,手术具有一定的难度及特异性。目前股骨转子间骨折的内固定主要包括髓外和髓内2种方法。近年来,锁定钢板的应用取得了良好的临床效果,因其先进的理念和精良的设计,受到广泛的关注。机械力学的测试表明,锁定钢板的稳定性远远高于非锁定钢板。
