维生素E对体外培养人成纤维细胞基质金属蛋白酶-12及赖氨酸氧化酶基因表达的影响
摘要
维生素E（VitE）是体内最重要的脂溶性抗氧化剂之一，其主要生物学功能是将脂质过氧化自由基还原成脂质过氧化物，从而阻止分子氧和自由基通过非酶反应对不饱和脂肪酸的氧化。有报道表明，部分基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）的上调可使真皮胶原和弹性蛋白降解增加，基质金属蛋白酶-12（MMP-12）可以降解弹性蛋白,
