人—车闭环操纵稳定性综合评价及其虚拟样机实现 被引量:13

摘要 针对人—车闭环操纵稳定性综合评价方法中采取指标权重为1的主观赋值法易造成评价不合理,提出一种人—车闭环操纵稳定性综合评价指标权重确定方法。引入各单项指标之间的序关系,很好地体现出各指标之间的关联,完善整个评价体系。在此基础上,介绍虚拟样机技术评价人—车闭环操纵稳定性的一般流程,探索人—车闭环操纵稳定性综合评价理论在虚拟样机ADAMS上的实现,对某车的操纵稳定性进行评价,初步实现综合评价方法在工程中的应用。研究路面附着状况和驾驶员反应对综合评价指标的影响,分析在土路和沥青路面两种附着条件下各单项指标和综合评价指标随车速的变化规律,找出具有较好操纵稳定性的适宜车速区间。结果表明该评价方法合理、有效、易于计算且具有一定的推广性,能直观地反映汽车的操纵稳定性,可为车辆操纵稳定性评价分析和设计提供参考,也是汽车安全行驶的一种指导方法。 According to the insufficiency of subjective valuating with index weight as one,a new way is presented to decide index weights for comprehensive evaluation of human-vehicle closed-loop system for handling stability.In this way,the sequence rule relationship among indicators is introduced,which well reflects the relationship among such indicators,and upgrades the whole evaluation system.Based on this new method,the general evaluation process of virtual prototype technology is presented,comprehensive evaluation theory is practiced on the virtual prototype software ADAMS,the handling stability of a car is evaluated,and such comprehensive evaluation method is elementarily implemented in the engineering.And the influence of the road adhesion coefficient and the reaction of the driver are both considered in the study of the comprehensive evaluation indicator,the variation regularity of each single indicator and comprehensive evaluation indicator with the variation of speed on both earth road and asphaltic road is analyzed,and the best comprehensive evaluation index is acquired with the perfect speed range of the car.Result shows that such approach is feasible,simple,effective,propagatable and directly reflects vehicle handling stability.Such approach can also offer reference for the evaluation analysis,design of vehicle handling stability,and a safety guideline for vehicle driving.
