腹腔镜手术治疗妊娠合并附件包块的临床初步探讨

The Preliminary Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Management of Adnexal Masses in Pregnancy

目的:初步探讨腹腔镜手术在妊娠中期合并附件包块治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法:结合文献回顾分析四川大学华西第二医院2006年4月至2008年12月腹腔镜治疗妊娠中期合并附件包块的8例患者的临床资料。结果:8例患者均顺利完整切除附件包块,包块大小约6～26cm,平均手术时间为85分钟,术中平均失血30ml,平均住院时间为5天。术中未发生母体并发症。术后孕期正常,无流产及早产,均足月分娩。新生儿无畸形、窒息,无低体重儿或胎儿生长受限等。结论:妊娠中期应用腹腔镜手术治疗附件包块是安全可行的。

Objective：The safety and efficacy of laparoscopic management of adnexal masses in the second trimester of pregnancy were investigated.Methods：Retrospective review of 8 pregnant patients who underwent the laparoscopic surgery for adnexal masses was done in Sichuan University Huaxi Second Hospital from April 2006 to December 2008.Results：The laparoscopic cystectomies were performed successfully without complications.The sizes of adnexal masses ranged from 6 cm to 26 cm,mean operation time was 85 minutes,mean intraoperative blood loss was 30 ml,and the mean hospitalization time was 5 days.No patients encountered complications during the intra-and post-operative periods,no abortion or premature delivery.New born babies were normal without malformations,asphyxia,low birth weight or growth restriction.Conclusions：Laparoscopic management of adnexal masses in the second trimester of pregnancy is safe and feasible.
