摘要
目的研究钴铬合金可摘局部义齿残余应力的测定和消除方法。方法设计出圆形试件模拟铸造支架,对其进行残余应力的测试,用自然时效和热处理时效对试件进行处理。结果自然时效和热处理时效可有效降低试件的残余应力值。结论增加热处理时效以解决残余应力。
Objective To study the measurement method and elimination methed of cobalt chromium alloy detachable false tooth remnants' stress.Methods We designed one kind of round test objects to imitate the casting support and measured its remnants' stress.We dealt with the check samples by use of natural and artificial seasoning.Results Natural and artificial seasoning may reduce the remnants' stress of check sampes efficiently.Conclusion The new scheme dispelling the residual stress by heat treatment is advanced.
