乌鲁木齐市11～14岁儿童口腔健康相关生活质量的测定

Validation of a Chinese version of CPQ for used among 11～14 year-old children in Urumqi

目的建立11～14岁儿童口腔健康问卷（The Child Perceptions Questionnair11～14,CPQ11～14）的中文版,测定其信度、效度等心理测量学特性,为其在中国适龄儿童中的推广使用提供理论依据。方法通过对CPQ11～14英文版的翻译、回译、文化调适,制定出CPQ11～14的中文版。采用整群分层抽样方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐市11～14岁在校学生377人,对其进行中文版CPQ11～14问卷的调查,同时作口腔检查。结果量表平均得分为8.93±5.65,口腔症状分项得分最高,社交分项得分最低。该量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.75,所有条目删除后,Cronbach′sα系数均不增加。重测信度系数为0.75。因子分析法显示量表具有较好的结构效度。CPQ11～14得分与口腔健康状况及DMFT之间有明显相关性,提示该量表具有良好的区分效度。结论本研究显示CPQ11～14中文版具有良好的信度与效度,中文版适用于乌鲁木齐市11～14岁儿童。

Objectives To translate the English version of the CPQ 11～14 into Chinese version and to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version CPQ 11～14 among 11～14 year-old children in Urumqi.Methods After translation,back translation and cultural adaptation,the CPQ11～14 was tested on 377 11～14 year-old children in Urumqi.A clinical examination was conducted and followed by the questionnaire.Result The mean CPQ 11～14 score was 8.93±5.65,oral symptoms score was the highest,the mean score was 3.50±1.96,social well-being score was the lowest and the mean score was 0.99±1.47.Cronbach＇s alpha of CPQ11～14 was 0.78.The retest procedure showed satisfactory reproducibility.CCIs was 0.75,（P0.0001）.Construct validity was evaluated by factor analysis.The 16 items were divided into four domains,and there was certain logic among the items in the same domain.Discriminant validity was satisfactory as the CPQ11～14 score increased when the children＇s perceived oral health decreased.Conclusion This study showed that the Chinese version CPQ 11～14 is a valid and reliable index to be used among 11-14 year-old schoolchildren in Urumqi.
