使用X线片模板定位下颌角截骨术

Osteotomy of the mandibular angle with the help of a pre-made radiographic mold

目的:预制X线片模板标记截骨范围,保证下颌角截骨术疗效。方法:口内入路对22例下颌角肥大行弧形截骨术,术中采用预制的X线片模板标记截骨范围指导手术,比较术前后相关数据及容貌改变评价疗效。结果:术前后各下颌角截骨术敏感指标有明显差异,所有患者对手术效果满意。结论:使用X光模板定位行下颌角截骨术可以准确量化截骨范围,保证疗效。

Objective To make a better outcome of the osteotomy of the mandibalar anygle by use of a a pre-made radiographic mold to estimate the extent of osteotomy.Methods Intra-oral osteotomy of mandibular angle was performede in 22cases.we desigmed and made radiographic mold to estimate the extent of osteotomy The data of the pre and postoperation,The cosmetic results were evaluated.Results The main data of the osteotomy were significant difference between pre and post operation,All Patient were satisfactory.Conclusion Osteotomy of the mandibular angle with the help of a pre-made radiographic mold can estimate the extent of osterotomy and achieve a better result.
