红蓝光照射结合系统服药治疗中重度痤疮261例疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:利用药物和红蓝光结合的方法治疗中重度痤疮,评估治疗方法的疗效和安全性。方法:选取我院痤疮门诊患者中490例评分较高的中重度痤疮患者作为观察对象,对照组(229例)给予药物治疗,治疗组(261例)在药物治疗基础上结合红蓝光治疗,疗程4~6周,详细评分、记录,采用SPSS13.00软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者经治疗后,治疗组痤疮皮损均有所减轻,治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.0l);治疗组患者有效率94.63%,对照组有效率81.66%,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统服药结合红蓝光等物理方法治疗中重度痤疮安全、有效,可明显缩短疗程,减少痤疮后遗留瘢痕,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。 Objective To investigate the combination therapy in patients of acne.Methods 490 patients with medium to severe acne were divided into two groups randomly:control group(229 cases) and treated group(261 cases).Both two groups were divided into five categories by different symptoms,the cases in treated group had been treated with drugs and red-blue light-emitting diode-based system for four to six weeks,as the cases in control group were treated with drug only.The data in both groups were analyzed statistically.Results A mean reduction in lesion count was observed,statistically significance differences in effectiveness were found among each group(P〈0.01),the effective ratio was 94.63% in treated group,of which was 81.66% in control group,it showed significant difference between these two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Specifically red-blue light has a marked effect on inflammatory acne lessions,and the treatment with drugs plus red-blue light radiation therapy appears to have excellent potential in the treatment of medium to severe acne.
