摘要
试验采用双流浇注半连续铸造方法,在自行设计的半连续铸造装置上制备了3003/4004铝合金板坯复层材料。分析了所制备合金的成分、显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,采用半连续铸造制备3003/4004板坯可以实现不同合金成分在界面两侧的均匀分布;合金的硬度与成分分布和显微组织之间具有良好的对应关系,界面结合强度较高。
3003/4004 aluminum alloy cladding materials were produced by double-stream-pouring semi-continuous casting using a self-developed semi-continuous casting device.The composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the prepared composites were investigated.The results show that uniform distribution of different alloy composition in interface can be observed in produced 3003/4004 aluminum alloy cladding materials,and there exists observed corresponding relation among the hardness,mechanical properties and composition distribution,microstructure,showing a higher interfacial strength.It is feasible for preparing 3003/4004 aluminum alloy cladding materials by double-streaming-pouring semi-continuous casting.
