摘要
采用粉末冶金制备了多孔钛材料,通过微弧氧化在多孔钛表层生成了含Ca和P的TiO2膜层。探讨了等静压压力对钛材料密度和杨氏弹性模量的影响;研究了微弧氧化膜层的形貌、相组成及其生物活性。结果表明,降低成形压力可有效降低多孔钛的密度和弹性模量;微弧氧化在300V电压时膜层表面粗糙多孔,主要由锐钛矿构成,锐钛矿较难有效诱导磷灰石沉积。
Porous Ti was prepared by powder metallurgy,and TiO2 films containing Ca and P on the surface of the porous Ti were fabricated by micro-arc oxidation.Effects of isostatic pressure on the density and elastic modulus of the porous Ti were analyzed,and morphology,phase constituent and bioactivity of the TiO2 films were described.The results show that with decreasing in forming pressure,density and elastic modulus of the porous Ti are effectively decreased.Titania films which are composed of anatase obtained by micro-arc oxidation at 300V exhibit porous structure,where it is difficult to induce the deposition of apatite on its surface by anatase.
