摘要
利用MATLAB一维离散小波的工具箱,将球团矿压溃过程的压力-时间曲线进行噪声分离,提取其高频信号部分,同时将高频信号的振幅与原始压力曲线进行比对,分析了各种球团矿的压力-时间曲线图谱,最终得出,高频信号振幅最大处的时间所对应的原始压力曲线相应的压力为一个球团压力的最佳压力点。
By use of tool boxes of MATLAB wavelet l-D, noise of crushing-time curve is separated during crushing of pellet iron ore, and high frequency signal is picked up. After comparing swing of high frequency signal with original crushing curve and analyzing curve chart of crushing-time for the pellet, original crushing curve at the maximal swing of high frequency is determind as the optimal point for crushing.
