摘要
采用化学、金相分析等方法对质量异议提出的裂纹缺陷进行了分析,结果认为,料温偏低和设计中分型模在该区的过渡弧角过小,引起金属流线的交叠错动,是产生折叠缺陷的原因。
Chemical composition and metallographie analysis was conducted on quality objection about surface defects of 40Cr shift fork. The results showed that heating temperature of workpiece was lower, and design transition arc angle of sub mould was too small,which caused overlap move of metal streamline and were the major reasons for defect of material fold.
